1. General Provisions This document is an official offer (Public Offer) of LLP “[Your Brand Name]” (hereinafter referred to as the “Agent”) and contains all essential terms and conditions for providing contractor management and payout services.
2. Subject of the Agreement The Agent undertakes, on behalf of the Principal (Client), to perform legal and factual actions related to the organization of payouts to individuals (Freelancers), as well as to act as a tax agent in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Agent operates under the General Agent model.
3. Payment Procedure Services are paid by topping up the balance in the Client’s Dashboard. The Agent withholds a commission according to the selected Tariff Plan. The Client agrees that the Agent may split payments to facilitate transfers to multiple contractors.
4. Liability & Compliance The Agent guarantees the security of personal data and compliance with PCI DSS standards. The Client guarantees that the funds used for payouts are not derived from illegal activities (AML/CFT compliance).
